Scope of Work

Provide advice on legal matters for Ministry of Finance & Economy;
Reviewing prospective contracts/agreements that may be entered by the Ministry of Finance and Economy prior to submission to the Attorney General’s Chambers for approval;
Conduct legal research on imminent matters;
Participate in discussions concerning legal matters;
Reviewing status of legislation under the Ministry of Finance and Economy by communicating with respective divisions, departments/units/agencies.
