Functions

The Legal Unit works together with all other Departments, Divisions, Units to ensure MOFE’s strategic objective are met by providing sound legal advice and provide legal policy inputs.
Drafting and vetting of contracts and agreements for the Ministry of Finance and Economy.
To act as the official representative of the Ministry of Finance and Economy in negotiations, both on a national and international scale.
